We are seeking an organised, sociable, and energetic Community Representative. This person will serve as a conduit between Electronic Arts and the French speaking gaming community, relaying feedback to the Community Manager and keeping players informed about current plans and updates related to this EA game.
The ideal candidate would be an avid Battlefield gamer with experience as a member or moderator of a forum-based community. An even temper and a passion for providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment are essential. Also, this person would be highly motivated, conscientious, and detail oriented, with excellent communication skills.
This position is based in Berlin, Germany.
Responsibilities
- The Community Representative is responsible for the information flow between their region’s Battlefield community and the Community Manager.
- Consistently read and respond to postings in the forums
- Writing and presenting regular internal forum-feedback reports
- Translation
Required Qualifications
- Strong social network/community background required, preferably within the games industry or experienced in managing online communities, mods or similar
- Fluent in French (additional German/English would be a plus), both written and verbal
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Good time-management and organisation skills
- A passion for gaming
- Good customer-service skills and a professional attitude
- Diligence to consistently follow up on open topics and issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Pluses:
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Previous customer service experience
- Membership in a Battlefield Heroes fan site
- A strong motivation and high level of commitment
- Available for occasional travel
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Battlefield games
