MXP4 is looking for a highly passionate and motivated candidate, fluent in both English and French, to assist in the Management of our online Community initiatives (both strategy planning and implementation), coordination of all PR efforts for the US, UK, and FR, and support Management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create, implement, and manage all online Community efforts for MXP4 to insure strong user support with a possibility of recruiting and managing members as moderators for the MXP4 product
*
* Write copy and direct forum discussions - be MXP4's voice for the online Community tier of the business
* Identify, approve and manage official fan websites
* Manage a Community budget including the selection of software and hardware to be used for internal Community Management, PR coordination, and product support
* Collect, prioritise and communicate user comments to the development team for all support logs incoming from all Community portals
* Insure legal compliance to all partner Privacy Policies and Legal Contracts associated with all used Community sites to ensure quality control and avoidance of any illegal use of our communities for both Marketing programs and daily Community Management
* Ability to manage multiple web sites and drive multiple communities
* Work very close with the VP of Marketing and Communications and PR to drive Community both for the products and the developer brand Community sites
* Ensure all Community activity data is logged and reported on a weekly basis to the VP of Marketing and Communications

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
* Fluent in both English and French is a must
* Avid Blogger
* Excellent writing skills in both the English and French language
* Excellent at translating English to French and French to English
* Three+ years of website Community experience and strong technical knowledge of Community platforms, systems, and software
* Experience in working with data (i.e. Google analytics, Omniture, Gigya, etc.)
* Passionate about interactive music and online Community
* Focused, results-oriented, self-motivated
* Leadership ability and strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work well with development teams
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite MS Office Suite, and data analytic services
* Experience with website software, ideally both configuration and Management
* A calm, focused, results-oriented attitude towards online Community Management and online communication
* Knowledge of current social media trends
* Experience with Community Management leadership in the music industry or related field e.g. Games/Music/Tech/Social Media
DESIRABLE:
* Good taste in music :)
