As Community Manager in the Women Leaders & Gender Parity Programme http://www.weforum.org/womenleaders, you will be in charge of the development of the communities associated with the programme. These include the Global and Regional Gender Parity Groups (multistakeholder communities of highly influential leaders - 50% women and 50% men - committed to and working towards gender parity in companies and countries), the Global Agenda Council on the Gender Gap (a council of experts and leaders who are using the latest research to develop proposals to close gender gaps) and the Women Leaders Community. You will assist in shaping the topics for the group meetings by monitoring and synthesizing relevant developments on the topic. You will manage advance preparation of group meetings, including invitations and logistics. You will help identify the most compelling and relevant ideas of these communities and help integrate them at Forum activities or publicize them to a broader audience, as appropriate.

In addition, you will handle requests from our Members and Partners and the general public regarding our activities on gender. You will also be involved in the production of the annual Global Gender Gap Report series and regional studies, including parts of the research, writing and preparation of material for responses to media.

You will join the Forum as part of our Global Leadership Fellows Programme (www.weforum.org/glf). As such, you will be fully integrated in the World Economic Forum and benefit from an intensive work and learning experience intended to develop and train future leaders of global enterprises and international organizations.

Please apply through http://www.weforum.org/careers and provide us with a cover letter, your curriculum vitae, three references and an 800-word personal essay on your motivations for joining the Global Leadership Fellows Programme, as well as what you would like to achieve in your career.
    Compétences

We expect you have excellent knowledge of gender and diversity issues; exhibit demonstrated teamwork; have a proactive personality and strong communication skills; and a proven interest in global affairs. You will have the ability and willingness to serve our Members and colleagues, and have outstanding relationship management and negotiation skills. You possess a broad intellectual background with graduate-level education in business, economics, international relations/public affairs or other relevant field. You have three or more years of professional experience. Both women and men are encouraged to apply.
